Relapse Deep Dives

The warning signs before a relapse, and the way back after one

Relapse rarely comes out of nowhere. It usually builds slowly, through patterns that are hard to see from the inside: coasting, pulling away from people, a voice that starts making the case for using. The first six workbooks take one pattern each and help you catch it early. The last two are for after a relapse: setting down the shame and learning from what happened.

Each one has readings, check-in questions and worksheets. If you have just relapsed, start with Learning From Relapse, and reach out to someone today.

These workbooks support professional treatment and are not a substitute for it. In a crisis, call or text 988, or call SAMHSA at 1-800-662-4357.

Warning patterns
