Recovery Deep Dives
39 in-depth workbooks in seven groups
Deep Dives are the longest workbooks in The Recovery Files. Each one takes a single problem in recovery — a fear, a habit of thinking, a pattern that keeps leading back to use — and works through it in readings, check-in questions and written exercises.
Most take a few hours, so plan on several sittings. Print one, work through it at your own pace, and bring what you write to your counselor, sponsor or group.
These workbooks support professional treatment and are not a substitute for it. In a crisis, call or text 988, or call SAMHSA at 1-800-662-4357.
