Purpose Workbooks
Fifteen workbooks for filling the space addiction left with meaning
Sobriety clears the ground. These workbooks help you decide what to build on it. Each one takes a single source of purpose, such as service, creativity, work, relationships or spirit. It opens with the key ideas, gives you a worksheet to fill in about your own life, and ends with a mind map that shows the whole topic on one page.
Start with Module 1, Self-Reflection and Exploration, then follow whatever pulls at you. Work through them on your own, with a sponsor, or in a group.
These workbooks support professional treatment and are not a substitute for it. In a crisis, call or text 988, or call SAMHSA at 1-800-662-4357.
